1st MedAlert is a national Medical Response System provider with headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. We pride ourselves in the care we have for the community and take each opportunity possible to do what we can to give back to it. Our company was started with those that are less fortunate in mind. We strive to do whatever we can to help those that are in need of the service we provide. We also pride ourselves in being honest and dependable.
